We offer 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 & Small Group personal training in Central, SW London, Surrey & Winchester areas either at your home, a park near you or from a fitness studio if Wimbledon based. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, recover from injury or just increase general fitness levels we design a programme specific to you that will help you to achieve your goals effectively and realistically.   We specialise in training Post Natal to Post Menopausal women and offer a holistic 360 lifestyle approach.

Personal training is the ultimate way to get results, you will be pushed, motivated and supported throughout your programme, every session is targeted to your needs. We also provide trainaway plans to help you continue exercising at home and nutritional advice to help you make the right choices about food.

You will also receive a discounted FitCard that will give you access to attend any of our Group Classes for each week you are training with us.

If you choose to have your PT twice or three times a week, the monthly payment options will vary. These will be confirmed at your consultation.
