Buggies and toddlers are welcome at all 9am Bootcamps and older children are also welcome on a Saturday under your supervision and must remain your responsibility.

BOOTCAMP:  Exhilarating outdoor total body workout for all fitness levels – you work at your own pace, incorporating high intensity interval training, using body weight and resistance exercises including boxing,  great fun,  highly effective fat burning & cardio improving motivational fitness.

BOXHiiT & WEIGHTED CIRCUITS:  Small group, in or outdoor (summertime) A perfect blend of High Intensity Interval Training incorporating Boxing & Padwork – an awesome cardio workout, sending your metabolism sky high & total body weighted circuits – for strengthening, toning and blitzing fat!

ZUMBA: An exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! Join Jo our instructor for this  Zumba® exercise class. Done to a blend of upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a party!

PILATES: Similar to yoga but emphasising your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, glutes,  and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasises correct form instead of going for the burn and is a great way of cross-training or as a stand alone class – anyone who sits at a desk for long hours will hugely benefit from this class. 

CANNIZARO PARK BOOTCAMPS*These bootcamps are also open to non-guests, please book 24hrs in advance by calling or emailing. For guests staying at Cannizaro House (Hotel du Vin) wanting to book a Thursday morning bootcamp prior to stay, please email or call 07947 259321 for further information. 24hrs notice is required for bookings. Bootcamps require a minimum of 2 clients per bootcamp to run.

 BODY CONDITIONING: An indoor, low impact mat based class,  working all major muscle groups improving strength, flexibility and tone.  Ideal for those with niggling back, knee or joint problems and who have been advised by physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors to strengthen their core or need lower impact exercise ie. rehab . We will help you to improve posture, balance and functional stability.  These sessions are limited to 6 people due to the size of the room so need to be booked online or via email by noon each Sunday the day before the class is held, spaces are given on a first come first serve basis and will be confirmed Sunday night.  There is room for 2/3 buggies at the class for babies & toddlers, please inform us if you are bringing a buggy.  Email: or call 07947 259321 for more details.
