We run women only group fitness sessions, online, on-demand and in person in Wimbledon and Winchester and between us have over 20 years of coaching experience.
We are focused around helping women reach their fitness and well-being potential and are passionate about motivating and inspiring women. We aim to make it enjoyable and encourage sustainable habits for life.
We are confident that with us supporting and motivating you to keep you on track, you will achieve your fitness goals, enjoy renewed confidence and stay strong, both mentally and physically.
We believe that exercise shouldn’t just be about how it makes you look but also how it makes you feel. And, we would like to help you understand how the mind and body work together.
Our aim is to help you see what you are capable of regardless of your shape, size or age. We are all athletes (even if at times we don’t feel it) and are stronger together.

“I had been going to the gym for a while, doing the same thing. I felt like I needed to try something new so I did a few taster sessions with FitState doing the total body fit sessions in the park. Well, it was the first time I had ever worked out in the park. I thoroughly enjoyed it even though I felt extremely challenged and exhausted at the end of the class. “I have been training with Fitstate for 9 months in their group sessions and find them great fun yet very challenging. Viki and Zoe have an infectious enthusiasm and are very motivating. I like the fact that people of all fitness levels are able to work out alongside each other but at the intensity that suits them. The exercises are varied each week, which makes the sessions really interesting.
