  • Go to bed a little earlier
  • Avoid eating too close to bedtime
  • Avoid going on your phone and scrolling through social media anywhere near bedtime. This is a sure way to increase stress sensors in the brain and disturb sleep.
  • Avoid anything that might stimulate stressors e.g watching the news!!!
  • Try having a relaxing bath
  • Try a 10 minute meditation before bedtime
  • Try not eating 2 hours before bed, to avoid added stress on the body when it begins it’s slow-down.
