Top tips for a better nights sleep.
- Go to bed a little earlier
- Avoid eating too close to bedtime
- Avoid going on your phone and scrolling through social media anywhere near bedtime. This is a sure way to increase stress sensors in the brain and disturb sleep.
- Avoid anything that might stimulate stressors e.g watching the news!!!
- Try having a relaxing bath
- Try a 10 minute meditation before bedtime
- Try not eating 2 hours before bed, to avoid added stress on the body when it begins it’s slow-down.
