Come and workout with us at one of our Group Classes in Wimbledon for Fun, Motivational, Life-enhancing Fitness! We believe balance is key to a healthy lifestyle, so we strive to help you achieve just that.

We deliver motivational outdoor & indoor fitness classes all designed to give you a total body workout.  We offer a personalised approach to all of our classes, we want to help you achieve your fitness goals through results-driven training, whatever your current fitness levels.   Our specialisms lie in Women’s Health and Fitness, from Pre & Post-natal to Peri & Post Menopausal Midlifer and beyond.



No tie in contracts, no daunting gym,  just accessible, affordable fitness solutions for all fitness levels in your community.

Buggies and toddlers are welcome at Monday, Wednesday & Saturday Bootcamps. Older children and partners are also welcome on a Saturday under your supervision and must remain your responsibility.  Adults can use your FitCard as payment.

BOOTCAMP:  Exhilarating outdoor total body workout for all fitness levels – you work at your own pace, incorporating high-intensity interval training, using body weight and resistance exercises including boxing,  great fun,  highly effective fat burning & cardio improving motivational fitness.

BOXHIIT & WEIGHTED CIRCUITS:  Small group, in or outdoor (summertime) A perfect blend of High-Intensity Interval Training incorporating Boxing & Padwork – an awesome cardio workout, sending your metabolism sky high & total body weighted circuits – for strengthening, toning and blitzing fat

PILATESSimilar to yoga but emphasises is on your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, glutes,  and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasises correct form instead of going for the burn and is a great way of cross-training or as a stand-alone class – anyone who sits at a desk for long hours will hugely benefit from this class.

FitCards expire after 14 weeks from purchase date.  Any class cancellations by Fitstate will be reflected in an extended expiry date. The 6 Pack expiry is 6 weeks from purchase date.
